Direct Bank-to-Source Refund Guarantee

Refer-Me IN operates a strict direct-to-source financial pipeline. Your money lives in your bank or the regulated payment gateway — never inside our platform as wallet credit or virtual tokens.

📋 Section 1 · Zero Internal Wallet Manifesto

Refer-Me IN strictly prohibits the retention of user capital within internal platform credits, virtual tokens, or application wallet layers. 100% of your transactional deposits exist either inside your sovereign bank account or our secure gateway escrow node. We never hold your money hostage.

Section 2 · The Automated 48-Hour SLA Resolution

The split-second a referral request is submitted, our server activates a strict 48-hour human response clock. If the targeted corporate insider fails to supply a verifiable internal ATS submission link within this 48-hour window, the transaction is immediately terminated.

↩️ Section 3 · Immediate Gateway Bank Reversal

Upon transaction expiration or candidate dispute validation, our backend invokes an instantaneous reversal webhook via our payment gateway (Razorpay API). The funds bypass our platform entirely and travel directly back to your original payment source — original UPI ID, debit card, or net banking account. Please allow standard banking rails 2 to 5 business days to clear the settlement reflectively in your passbook.

When reversals are not applicable

  • The insider has already accepted and delivered a valid referral (verified by an internal-portal reference ID) within the 48-hour window.
  • The candidate independently withdrew their application after the referral was submitted.
  • Chargeback or dispute filed with the card issuer while an active insider referral is still within SLA.

How to raise a reversal request

Most reversals are automated end-to-end. For anything that isn't, contact us with your referral request ID (e.g. RM-XXXXXX):
